Warranty Conditions:
All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise specified. In order for warranty conditions to be valid, please make sure to inspect the product during delivery. If you notice any damage, do not accept the product and make a report. Any alterations to the product, deformation, or disruption of the original design are not covered by the warranty.
Product Return Conditions:
If a product purchased through our website is found to be faulty, you must contact us through the online support section of our page within 7 days from the delivery date. Following this information, the faulty product will be replaced with a new one through the shipping company. If the product's fault is due to customer usage or if the product has been used within the 7-day period, it cannot be returned or exchanged. The conditions for product returns and exchanges are in accordance with the practices required by the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077.
